Penny and Stewart would like to tell you a little bit about our vacation home in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.  Stewart is a past president of Tourism Victoria and is keen to share his enthusiasm and knowledge of Victoria.  Penny was lucky enough to be born here!
