Rates
 | $550 per week or $1,800 per month in High Season
May 1st through September 30th. |
| $475 per week or
$1,600 per month
in Low Season
October 1st through April 30th except Christmas/New Years. |
| The above prices are based on two
guests. Please add $10 per night per extra person. |
| Minimum rental period is one week.
Additional days at $75 /day High Season - $65 /day Low Season. |
| Shorter term stays at $90 per night by
arrangement within two weeks of stay (minimum 3 days). |
| Payment by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or, of
course, cash! Balance due on check-in. |
| Cancellation policy: Any
cancellation occurring within 30 days of reserved arrival date will result in a forfeiture
of deposit. |
